Specialist – CRM - Telesales (Airoli, Mumbai)


The objective of this position is to deliver monthly sales targets while keeping quality and customer satisfaction as per Business standards.

Key responsibilities/duties

  • Timely login, adherence to business requirements.
  • Calling customers and convincing for personal loan.
  • Filling the application form flawlessly.
  • Timely follow up with clients to ensure better conversion.
  • Managing the relationship with the customer until the contract is signed.
  • Delivering required login hours, talk time & maintain wrap time within the specified targets.
  •   Possess wise understanding of reports to understand the Daily/Weekly/ Monthly targets.
  • Reporting issues to immediate supervisor.
  • Applying the feedback delivered by Quality, Training & Team leader.


Experience and expertise

  • Qualification – HSC and above.
  • Fluent in written and verbal language.
  • Minimum 1 Year of experience
  • No PIP, warning letter, no special commitment to complete project if any.

Nice-to-have areas

  • Able to communicate in other languages.
  • Good typing speed with 95% accuracy.
  • Personal loan sales experience.
  • Have worked on predictive dialer.
