Specialist – CRM - Telesales (Airoli, Mumbai)
Objective:
The objective of this position is to deliver monthly sales targets while keeping quality and customer satisfaction as per Business standards.
Key responsibilities/duties
- Timely login, adherence to business requirements.
- Calling customers and convincing for personal loan.
- Filling the application form flawlessly.
- Timely follow up with clients to ensure better conversion.
- Managing the relationship with the customer until the contract is signed.
- Delivering required login hours, talk time & maintain wrap time within the specified targets.
- Possess wise understanding of reports to understand the Daily/Weekly/ Monthly targets.
- Reporting issues to immediate supervisor.
- Applying the feedback delivered by Quality, Training & Team leader.
Experience and expertise
- Qualification – HSC and above.
- Fluent in written and verbal language.
- Minimum 1 Year of experience
- No PIP, warning letter, no special commitment to complete project if any.
Nice-to-have areas
- Able to communicate in other languages.
- Good typing speed with 95% accuracy.
- Personal loan sales experience.
- Have worked on predictive dialer.
