Digital Affiliate Sales


Summary: -

Digital Channel  and its related products will have significant impact on generating new revenue for the company, as well as reducing the cost of servicing by positioning as a new and alternative channel for the current lending products.


The objective is to appoint a talent to handle all aspects related to managing the network affiliate platform of Home Credit (RefoEarn Application)


Job Responsibilities: -

  • Platform /Product management of RefOEarn Mobile Application
  • Handling Agent on boarding and end to end process planning & execution, responsible for business tracking and P&L management.
  • Coordinating with team to improvise the platform and provide sales support
  • Coordinating with UX/UI team to design the necessary customer journeys and solutions to improvise and get incremental revenue from the Agents
  • Integrating new products with the Technology teams, analyzing, and raising requirements, and testing the solutions post development before launch
  • Planning campaigns with the marketing team to drive more sales and revenue. Efficiently using the Tele Sales Channels to drive usability surveys and sales
  • Analyzing competition offerings and methods, to help improve our current offerings
  • Monitoring overall performance, sales and profitability results on various channels such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau etc.
  • Coordination with all the departments of HCIN to engage with Legal, Procurement and Finance Team for regulatory and necessary approvals for any new agent on-boarding and their payouts.
  • Responsible for raising and resolving application/operation//funnel issues
